[THIN] Lotus Notes in large deployments

I have a question on Notes deployment. Our current setup is a mish-mosh to
say the least. We load the executable on the users's C drive, but the
config files, address books, etc are on their home drives. From what I am
reading, this is not the preferred method. One clarification, except for
archives and such, the users' mail files stay on the Notes server.

We are considering moving everything off the H drive and onto the C drive.
This would take away our ability to roam from machine to machine unless we
use the web client. It also can have an affect on our TS/MF upgrade
(political issues).

If you are a Notes shop, how do you deploy Notes?
