Hi, 

I haven't had to use loopback before but it seemed it was going to be a
good idea for us as we move to Vista with a published desktop pushed out
for certain apps.

Still on 2000 servers with metaframe XP.....when a use logs in its fine
as I have the users policy attached to the OU. 

The problem occurs when I log in with an administrator account that is
in a totally different OU as the users locked down policy is applying.
