[THIN] Logon/Logoff reports

PHB that has too much time on his hands is wanting reports to make him look
busy (I guess <grin>).  He is wanting to have reports and pretty graphs to
look at.  PHB is wanting to know who logged on/off from where, times,
lengths and other data PHBs find "useful".  Willing to spend money to make
it look like he is doing something important.
