[THIN] Local User logon

Hi,
I have several user running W2k pro. When their domain logon is
added to their local user list they find they cannot access any published
apps. They receive the dreaded Network connection error.
After removing the domain user from the local user list they can then run
published apps fine.
Has anyone else experienced this?
