[THIN] Local Printer Installation Wizard start on Launch of Published App

User is on W2k Professional, using Web Client 9.150 connecting to Winnt
TSE/Citrix XPe SP2.
Whenever the user launches a published application, his local machine
launches a printer installation wizard for a printer that used to be
installed on the machine but is no longer.
I tried removing his Citrix client (and the Citrix directory in Program
Files) and re-installing it but the problem is still happening.
I don't see anything on Citrix.com.
Very weird....
