Yes.  We have had weird issues where the Load Balancing doesn't even
happen.  We'll have one server with 35+ users, and about 2 on the
others.  Keep in mind, we have 7 servers total.  This happens every
month.

XP's load balancing is soooo much better.

        Is it just me, or does Win2K/MF 1.8 load balancing not do a very
good job of 
        balancing the load between servers? I have 4 servers that have the
same exact
        (one) app, yet 2 of them have 40 users, 2 have 20. Same hardware -
same memory.
