Should be no problem at all, the nodes communicate using the same protocol,
the exact version of the OS hosting the license server should have no impact
at all....

I have a Windows 2003x64 bit server with Presentation Server 4.5. I want to
see if I can setup a license

server on another server which is a 32 bit box. Anybody done this?
