Stay away from the HP4si drivers in XP / 2000. If you need to get a HP printer working fast, don't necessarily need all the bells n' whistles, then use the standard HP LaserJet II driver. Works great, more efficient than most drivers out there (prints faster than most drivers), and doesn't give you weird errors. We have had to implement this driver in several Terminal Services implementations due to the printer specific drivers crashing out TS. Lucas W.
