Most likely to be latency - ping times.. Could be from a high latency conne=
ction like satellite, or a saturated "standard" conection.

Although I guess it could also be a connection thats too small for the upda=
tes? But that would have to be REAL small..

Try pinging his address reported (assuming its not a NATed address) by mfad=
min/cmc?
