[THIN] Re: Kix question

Chris,=20

The only thing Kix will be able to help you with here is in potentially
importing in registry keys to HKCU that control which theme is currently
loaded on the desktop.=20

I can't say I've gone looking for this setting in the registry before,
but you should check the following area's of the registry for
potentially forcing this setting for users.=20

        HKCU\control panel\current

        HKCU\control panel\Desktop

I've looked high and low but can't find what I need

I'm looking for a way to use Kix to change the user's desktop theme
from Windows Standard to Windows Classic.=20

On a related note, has anybody had an issue with Acrobat Reader
5.0/5.1 where the screen goes black after opening large (>1MB) PDFs?

This is occuring at a customer site and apparently the workaround is
to set the desktop theme to Windows Classic.

Thanks
