[THIN] Keyboard stops responding in MS Office Apps

Hi,


We have an intermittent problem in using MS Office in Citrix. It seems
to have started happening since we updated Presentaion Server client
version to 10.1.

 

Occasionally the keyboard will completely stop responding. It's easy to
solve as using the mouse to click onto any of the menu options on the
top of the screen and then clicking on a blank area of the screen
reactivates the keyboard. Not a serious problem - just an annoyance.

 

Also, exiting dialog boxes in some apps now has the same effect as
pressing ALT-TAB as it maximises a completely different app. Using
ALT-TAB gets the user back to where they want to be but again, an
annoyance. This also seems to have started after installing Presentation
Server client version 10 and is also intermittent.

 

We are using PS 4.0, W2K3 SP1.
