Ok.. I found a solution http://forums.citrix.com/thread.jspa?threadID=277345&tstart=0 Uncheck Startup Item: GID Desktop Application Manufacturer: StrikeForce Technologies Inc. Command:C:\Program Files\SFT\GuardedID\gidd.exe /s Reboot the laptop and try again. One of my users decided to purchase a Lenovo laptop through the company, and not use the Company's image. I unchecked this item and his sessions are fine now. Yet another reason not to use OEM images.
