*Symptoms*

The following error message is received:

Error: Failed to refresh network print server data for server "server name
specified here". The specified Network Print Server could not be contacted
or has no printers. Error Code: c0130006/C0130003.

*Cause*

The error message is generated for servers running earlier versions of
Citrix MetaFrame XP Presentation Server (pre-Feature Release 3/Service Pack
3) when the "Import Network Print Server" or "Update Network Print server"
option is chosen in the Management Console and the network print server has
a large number of printers attached to it.

The RPC call to the print server requesting the driver and port information
times out when enumerating a large number of print queues.

*Resolution*

The fix preventing the Citrix Management Console from timing out while
enumerating print queues has been incorporated in Feature Release 3/Service
Pack 3 for MetaFrame XP Server for Windows.
