Symptoms
When shadowing a seamless session, minimized windows can not always be located.
Cause
This is due to different screen resolutions.
Resolution
â For MetaFrame XP, apply Service Pack 4.
â For MetaFrame Presentation Server 3.0, apply MPSE300W2KR03 for Windows 2000
or MPSE300W2K3R03 for Windows 2003.
