Symptoms

Roaming profiles for Domain Administrators fail to load or unload. 

Randomly, users with administrator accounts log off, then log on and find their 
most recent changes have not been saved. 

In the Event Viewer, Userenv Profile unload errors (Event ID 1000) are logged. 

Cause

Microsoft has discovered an issue with setupapi.dll.
