Issue(s) Resolved in this Hotfix

The following keys did not always work within a session using non-Windows
clients:

<, > (Finnish keyboard layout)
<, > (Norwegian keyboard layout)
<, >, \ (Belgian French keyboard layout)

The Unicode conversion table was using an Alt+Numpad key sequence even
though the characters could be typed with a single keystroke.

The conversion table entries are changed so that the characters can be typed
with a single keystroke instead of using an Alt+Numpad key sequence.
