use the new Terminal Services features that are introduced in Windows Vista

TurkishThe MUI language packs run only on MUI versions of Windows in which
the Windows interface can be displayed in multiple languages. If you are
running an MUI version of Windows, first install the English version of the
Remote Desktop Connection 6.0 (Terminal Services Client 6.0) client update,
and then install the MUI for Remote Desktop Connection 6.0 (Terminal
Services Client 6.0).
