[THIN] Java Runtime 1.4.0

Are there any security issues that should stop me from running Java 2 SE
1.4.0 runtime environment ?

Should I run the later 1.4.2 or the latest 5.0 with update 1

Do the later versions cause problems with the CMC in citrix servers ?
