[THIN] Issues we were having with Wyse/Cisco/Rapport

A few weeks ago I posted about having problems pushing/pulling images
using Rapport.
 
We dealt with Wyse for some time and never really came to any
resolution.  We consulted one of our network consultants and did a bunch
of troubleshooting and came to the conclusion is must be a switch
configuration issue.
 
Submitted a case to Cisco TAC.  Turns out you need to enable DHCP option
82 on Cisco switches IOS 12.1 and above.
 
We are now able to push/pull images across our network and have no
problems on any VLAN or switch.
