I'm not terribly au fait as to what happens if you say no to the download of
a signed applet - but possibly does it store a rendition of the signature,
in the same way as it does for and accepted signature?

That being the case, I can only imagine you either clear wherever the
signature is stored, or blat the appropriate profiles.
