[THIN] Re: Issue with Word

Are you redirecting the Application Data folder ?
If so , what about making a backup and then clearing out the folders in there.
Have you also ran filemon/regmon as the user launches word ?

  I have an unusual issue with word that has me stumped. I have a Metaframe XPe 
Farm on Windows 2003. A particular user gets the following error anytime she 
launches Word.

  The drive or network connection that the 'Adobe Acrobat 4.0.lnk' refers to is 
unavailable.

  The thing is Adobe 4.0 has never been on these servers.

  I have tried clearing her profile and she gets the error again,
  I have search the entire server, there is no 'Adboe Acrobat 4.0.lnk' file on 
the server anywhere.
  I have searched the registry of the server and her profile for the same with 
no luck.
  I have forced her instance of word to other Server after clearing her profile 
and the probelm re-occurs.

  At this point I am at a loss for where this is coming from. Any Idea or 
assistance is greatly appreciated.
