Don't think so. We have muliple services affected running on silos. We are getting reports that users sometimes cannot Copy and Paste. Yet to experience it and cannot reproduce. Users can't reproduce it either. Any one offer any suggestions on how to track down/troubleshoot or even somewhere to start looking.
