[THIN] Installing new client

At this point we push out the ICA clients manually.

I need to find a utility that does the following:

Runs on W95/W98/NT/W2k......

Searches a drive for a file (appsrv.ini), renames it (appsrv.old) and copies
another with the same name to that location (appsrv.ini).

Any chance anyone knows of such a thing?
