There's a post at the end of this link that discusses using the
EnterpriseWW.MSI and group policy to deploy Office that might be
applicable to an IM install. You may have a similar MSI on the
Professional plus media.

Thanks for the info Malcolm, but the information in both of these
articles are referring to the setup.exe file to be ran to start the
install. The problem that I am running into is that Installation Manger
does not allow me to create a package with an .exe extension. I am only
able to create packages with .MSI .MSP and .WFS extensions. We are using
the Professional plus Edition and not the Enterprise Edition, does
anyone know if that matters?

I assumed that it was the same as 2003 but I am not sure which msi file
I should use for my package. Reading up on the install it seems that
they replaced the PRO11.msi file (this is a file that we use to create a
package for 2003) with a setup.exe file. This file controls which msi
files are ran according to the customization file that you can create.
Office now has a built in utility to customize the install and create an
.MSP file which needs to be place in a specific directory when the
setup.exe file is ran.

Browsing through a Office 2007 CD (haven't yet deployed it through IM)
wouldn't it be the same / similar to say Office 2003 - choose the
correct MSI - possibly customise it by creating a transform, then simply
add it to IM?

Is Office 2007 setup completely different to Office 2003?
