[THIN] .INF INSTALL FAILURE. ACCESS IS DENIED:

Does anyone know the permission setting to get rid of the following message?
.inf install failure.  Reason Access is denied............on a w2k server,
sp3 running terminal server?  Any help would be appreciated.
