I had this happen yesterday to my 2003 test server. Something hosed up the MS Access and jet files. I re-installed Metaframe and chose repair and it straightened it out. When recreating the LHC I got an error and when I tried to open an Access mdb I got a "disk or network error" Straighten out jet and access and you may have it solved. Since it was a test server for me it was easy to just re-run the install from the FR3 cd.
