[THIN] IMA issue

On a Windows 2003 R2 SP2 server with Presentation Server 4.5 installed the ima
service crashes after a reboot. This is the datastore and webinterface server
for Citrix.
After running DSMAINT /VERIFYHLHC you receive an error and the LHC is
re-created.
Start IMA service and everything is fine , but we are looking for a fix such
that after the reboot the IMA service does not crash anymore.
Anyone seen this issue before ? And knows how to fix it.
