I see the folder in Favorites under my profile. You can write a login script to delete it. rd /s /q "%userprofile%\Favorites\Microsoft Websites" Maybe one of the ActiveSetup programs is creating the folder. Look under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\ActiveSetup\InstalledComponents. Search for StubPath. These programs run the first time a user logs in. I see a couple of them for IE.
