Nope not as far as I've seen, 
IE 6 is fully TS Aware and it installs and runs SWEET!

I'm in the process of testing IE6SP1 on an NT4 TS.  Has anyone had any
issues with this setup that I should watch out for?  I didn't see
anything in Citrix's Knowledge Base or MS Support.
