I've also had the same problem with a user trying to use XenApp Web
Plugin 11.000, ended up using client version 10.xxx - probably not ideal
in some environments.

I've run into this several times. Usually with a Gateway Notebook of
some sort. What has usually worked has been to install FireFox and
have them launch Citrix via it.
