No error messages that I can see. It just doesn't launch. As far as I can tell it doesn't even attempt to start a connection. From looking at task manager and I did try FILEMON, i couldn't find any evidence it even tried to launch the Wfica process. Admittedly I am only able to access it through a "RescueMe" session.
