Thanks, I'll test the hotfix. So far, it only affects ICA connections. I would have upgraded Citrix, but I'm planning to get rid of it any way and just go with RDP. ________________________________________ Hector Minero NSWCDD Code K55 From: Gardiner, Jeffrey (H USA) Sent: Mon 4/23/2012 8:12 AM To: thin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [THIN] Re: ICA listener not reponding after reboot Hector, If it occurred just after applying Microsoft patches, check this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958476 We had the problem with ICA-TCP only. If we waited a few minutes after the reboot, we could reset the ICA listener and it would be fine. After a daily reboot, no one can connect via ICA. RDP connections work fine. The event log has events complaining about the following files: C:\windows\system32\vdtw30.dll C:\windows\system32\tsddd.dll C:\windows\system32\rdpddd.dll If I reboot it again, it usually starts working again. This started happening after the latest MS security and .NET patches. Is anyone experiencing this? ________________________________________ Hector Minero NSWCDD Code K55
