You'll only get prompted once when you log into a new session.
Perhaps you connecting to a disconnected session?

Subject: [THIN] ICA Full W32 7.1 client File Security
For some reason I am not getting prompted for ICA Client File Security when
I map to a local drive.
I checked the the setting (while connected) is No Access and Always ask.
Anyone got any ideas why I would not get prompted?
Thanks
