[THIN] ICA Client File Security

Running XPa FR3 in a 7 server farm.
All of a sudden, when my users log into citrix and hit this particular
server, they are prompted with the ICA Client File security. The only way
they can access the published app is to grant full control to their local
files. This has not happened in a long time. Nothing has changed on the
server, no reboots, no updates. Profiles have NOT been deleted on the
server. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen all of sudden?
Any help is much appreciated.
