Hi list,
ran into a strange problem last week.
a 3rd party installed a new Citrix server (MF XP SP4 on w2k3 SP1) for our
application.
all went well untill we tried to start the app from the client.
It took at least 9 minutes to start the application, with the server being
sleeping...no disk/network connection what so ever.
I tried several things, like you all do when things like this happen, and
noticed that when going below version 8.0 of the Citrix client the speed was
normal.
Has nayone experienced this before, what's wrong with 9.2 version of the
client?
is there a feature I can disable to speed it up?
It's a large company where they run 8.1 client and to change that to
anything else is gone be a drag.
hope you can help me out....
any suggestions are helpfull....
greetings
Rob Beekmans
