I would think you have two options; * If you can do this, check the version of the license server and review Jeremy's previous post about port numbers - if you have a firewall between your Citrix servers and your license server, ensure the Citrix server is checking the right port for the license server - you can use Telnet to check open ports; * Uninstall the hotfix rollup - although I've never been a fan of doing this, it might be your only option.
