Something else you might want to try. Download the evaluation of TScale, and set the affinity of Sage Line 50 to processors 0 and 1. That will only allow instances of that application to run on the physical processors and not the virtual ones. If you need help configuring it, just send an email to support@xxxxxxxxxxx once you get it installed, and someone will help you (I promise). YES! This sounds exactly like what we get, but only on win2003! Specifically in Sage Line 50 - it has functions which chew up 25% of a CPU (cant remember right now which one though..!) and the whole server comes to its knees for all users until the functions are stopped.
