Hector,
take a look this Citrix article:
CTX765180
If the server is offline, and you want to remove it's name from the list

In the Citrix Management Console, under the Server node,
if you right
click on a server in the farm, one of the options you
are presented
with is (Remove Server From Farm).
This option is a way to remove "dead" servers from a
farm; for
example, servers that are no longer operational. Do not
use this
option for removing properly operating servers.
If you want to remove a properly operating server from
the farm,
follow the recommendation in the dialog box that appears
when you
select the "Remove Server From Farm" option. That
recommendation is
to uninstall the MetaFrame XP software from the server.
If you want to move the server to another farm, please
see the
MetaFrame XP Administrator`s Guide and review the CHFARM
command
under "MetaFrame XP Commands.".

I remember using a command line utility at one
time. Anyone can refresh my
mind?
