[THIN] Hotfix rollup PSE450W2KR01

Hi all,  I know this hotfix rollup has been out for a while, but I'm
just getting ready to install it.
Do you know if it is pretty safe to install it?  Do I need to install
any more hotfixes after the rollup.

PS 4.5
Windows 2003.

I don't have any hotfixes installed.
