Try right-clicking in My Computer and choosing Auto-arrange.

I tested this on a fresh W2k3 machine, no hotfixes or Service Pack and it
still does the same thing. C:\ shows up in Explorer and not in My
Computer.

I don?t have that issue (at least on the French version of W2k3)

Objet : [THIN] Hide drives in Explorer
Has anyone noticed that if you select the GPO "Hide these specified drives
in My Computer" and set it to any option that includes the system drive (C:
in this case) it will still appear in Windows Explorer? C: and the other
drives are hidden if browsing via the My Computer icon, but when using
Windows Explorer (or Open Dialog) all the other drives specified are hidden
except for C:.
This is on a w2k3 Standard Server with SP1. PS4 with R01.
