[THIN] Re: Helpdesk Ticketing

Track-it is not bad and works on Terminal Server /Citrix.

Is cheaper and easier to configure than something like Remedy if you don't
need all of the features of Remedy.

this comes up every now and then and I figured it was time to bring it up
again.  Especially since I just started a new job and we need a ticketing
system.

 

what is everyone using these days for trouble tickets?
