Hi Jim

You caught me on my first real lunch break in over 6 months. So I tapped up
this little program to help solve your issue:

CANTTOUCHTHIS.EXE

Download it from http://www.ctrl-alt-del.com.au/CAD_GUtils.htm

CantTouchthis is a standalone Windows GUI executable designed to replace
existing executable files that an administrator does not want a user to run.
The idea of the program is to simply replace an existing executable with
this program to restrict a user making any calls to an existing program
which may be restricted to the user base. Instead of the original program,
CantTouchThis will show a popup dialog box on the screen that will informa
the user that the application is not available.

This application has been tested on the following platforms:

Windows 7 Professional
Windows 2008 Server
Windows 2003 Server SP1
Windows 2003 Server SP1 w/ Citrix PS 4.0 Windows 2003 Server SP1 (Terminal
Server Application Mode) Windows 2000 Server SP4 Windows 2000 Server SP4
w/ Citrix MF XP Windows 2000 Server SP4 (Terminal Server Application Mode)
Windows 2000 Server SP4 w/ Citrix MF 1.8 Windows XP Professional (domain
member)

This utility is FREEWARE and was written by Warren Simondson of Ctrl-Alt-Del
IT Consultancy, Australia. www.ctrl-alt-del.com.au

The freeware version is offered AS IS. Ctrl-Alt-Del IT Consultancy has made
every effort possible to ensure that CantTouchThis is free of any bugs or
errors, however in no way is CantTouchThis to be considered error or bug
free. You assume all responsibility for any damages or lost data that may
