15 same as base license count
They can't log on, they get a message saying it is expired.

I'm studying for my CCA, and I have some questions I hope youguys can help
with:
- In load manager how does the evaluator base what it does? Does it look at
user load, or round robbin or what?
- How many anonymous user accounts are made by default with metaframe?
- When you dont register citrix, and the time period runs out, can users
still log in? Do they get a message about the license?
