Have you run sysinternals process monitor to see if a process is hanging
around for sessions?

Subject: [THIN] Hanging Profiles
We have recently started having problems with a lot of profiles hanging on
our Citrix servers. We were using UPHclean 2.0 and had been for quiet some
time with no problems. We would have profiles hang when some sessions would
end unexpectedly but nothing like what we are experiencing now. About 1
month ago I started noticing a lot of profiles hanging on our servers. We
are also using Provision Networks profile solution. We have uninstalled
UPHclean2.0 and tried 1.6 with no success also. I have open tickets with
Microsoft and Provision Networks. Just wondering if anyone has any
suggestions or tips.
We are running Citrix 4.5 rollup 1 on 2003 R2 SP2 servers.
thanks,
Adam
