[THIN] HP printer pauses after 2 pages, continues for 2 pages, pauses, continues for 2 pages

I have searched the archives, but can't find anything on this.  I guess it
has been a problem since we started using the TS, but no one complained.
Turned a user's PC into a thin client and he noticed the problem.  

Environment: W2K TS SP2 with Citrix XP FR2, HP 4000 printer installed on TS
using Standard TCP/IP port. (not autocreated Printer)
Problem:  Users send a job of more than two pages.   Two pages print,
printer pauses for about 2 seconds, prints another 2 pages, pauses, etc.
until end of job.

If I install this printer locally on my XP workstation and send any job, it
starts to print and continues spitting out pages until the end of the job.
If I send a job to the printer installed on the TS from an ICA client
session, it does the above.  Other users only have access to this printer
from the TS.  No local printers installed on clients. 

Any idea what the problem may be???
