You'll want the HP SmartStart Scripting Toolkit. You can get it for Windows
(32 and 64 bit), Linux, and DOS. However, the DOS edition has been
discontinued and does not support the latest RAID controllers. You'll be
looking for the Array Configuration Replicator within the toolkit. CONREP is
another handy utility that can automate BIOS configuration. Enjoy!

Hey all
Want to be use some tools to automatically configure Raid configuration on HP
servers.
Can somebody point at some docs or tools that might help.
Figure there is something in the HP scripting tool kit but nothing jumps out at
me.
I want to be able to query which raid controller and how many disks are in the
machine before using some logic to decide which is the best type of raid config
to apply to that machine.
Thanks
