[THIN] Re: HP Raid config Tools

The scripting toolkit has a tool called ACR. You create a reference system
and grab a config and use it for configuring the array of you can come up
with a fancy array config file. Here's is my command line and my config
file for a DL380G4:

s:\cpq\acr /i A:\servers\DL380G4.ary /o (NOTE: S: refers to my CD Rom
drive. I load the CD drivers in the autoexec/config.sys files and run most
of the tools from CD)

The WinPE version of toolkit may be different.

  Hey all

Want to be use some tools to automatically configure Raid configuration

Can somebody point at some docs or tools that might help.

Figure there is something in the HP scripting tool kit but nothing jumps
  out at me.

I want to be able to query which raid controller and how many disks are
in the machine before using some logic to decide which is the best type
of raid config to apply to that machine.

  Thanks
