It has to do with the page file. After you install Windows NT 4 TSE, =
=3D3D=3D
run Windows Diagnostics, and look for the page file. It will have an =
=3D3D=3D
invalid value, or a REALLY small value that is incorrect. Change this =
=3D3D=3D
BEFORE you install I.E., reboot, and then you can install I.E. just =
=3D3D
fine.

Ran into the same problem on the same platform, the problem for me was =

th=3D3D3D e amount of RAM on the server. Mine had just over 1GB RAM, so =

dropped i=3D3D3D t down to 512MB and them re-installed NT4 TSE and IE5.5 =

Then bumped the RAM back up to 1GB and no problems after that.
I recall a Q article on technet about this but can't remember the =3D3D

I am trying to roll out NT4 terminal server with SP5 & Metaframe 1.8 on =

loud and all the fixes HP have don't seem to work with NT4ts :(
