[THIN] HP 4000 PCL 6 Test Page

Does anyone have any ideas why on XP FR 2 Servers that you
cannot print a test page for the HP 4000 PCL 6 Driver (Windows 2000
default), but it will print fine from apps? No other drivers seem to have
this issue. Thanks
