Yes I'm on PS3.0.  I will generate the new license file but my license server 
won't even let me get so far as to add the license file.  All I get is 
"Welcome".  I'm in the process of removing my LS and reinstalling it.

are your citrix servers PS3.0 or above, is so you will need to get a
new license file form Citrix, as the file is linked to the FQDN of the
server, you have just changed yours form company.com to company.local,
 I feel that may be the root of your problems
